The platform that Demosphere currently uses for text message alerts will no longer be servicing Demosphere as of January 1, 2020. Therefore, HYSA will only be able to send broadcasts via email to parents and team staff. Because of this change, please be sure to regularly check the email address you registered your Demosphere account. If you need help updated your email on your Demosphere account, please contact us.
What about TeamNet?
TeamNet will remain the same and you will receive alerts via email and on your phone if you install the app. (See our other article here.) We will continue to encourage coaches and team staff to use this app for team specific communication.
