Notes About the Spring 2020 Season

  1. ATTIRE: Plan on bringing water bottles, shin guards, cleats and comfortable clothes to practice. Uniforms for game day (jersey, shorts, socks) will be included with your registration fees.

  2. PRACTICE: Andres Paez will run Skills Training Sessions at the Field House (Northland Pines High) on Saturday mornings from 9-11AM beginning January 18th. When the fields are ready, practices will be held at Oldenburg Sports Park 2 days per week, typically Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs, depending on the volunteer coaches' schedules. You will be notified directly from your player's coach.

*District 9 is still working out the Jamboree schedule as more teams are added to the District, but this is where it sits now. Check back for updates as the schedule is finalized.

*Expect to play 2 games minimum at Jamborees & 3 games minimum at tournaments.

  1. CLUB CONTRIBUTORS: All families are considered club contributors, and each family is required to contribute 6 hours. You will have an opportunity to select an area in which you would like to fulfill your family's time as tasks are announced via email through SignUp Genius. Please note, if your player participates in Spring AND Fall seasons, your family will only be required to contribute 6 hours max for the year.

  2. FEES: Your player registration fees cover registration and insurance costs with WYSA, application fees for league games and tournaments, uniform (jersey, shorts, socks for game day), game equipment and field maintenance and upkeep. Player families are responsible for cleats, shin guards and travel expenses for games and tournaments. 

  3. CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the need to register teams for jamborees and tournmant play in a timely manner, HYSA United will enforce the following cancellation policy should your player withdraw after registration is completed:
  • Cancellations December 1, 2019 through February 28, 2020 will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations February 29, 2020 through March 31, 2020 will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations after March 31, 2020 will not receive a refund.
