Headwaters Youth Soccer Association (HYSA) is a community program and volunteer-run organization in the Northwoods, serving kids in the surrounding towns of Eagle River, Phelps, Land O' Lakes, Conover, St. Germain, Sayner, Three Lakes, Sugar Camp and Iron River. HYSA holds a relationship with Wisconsin Youth Soccer Assocation (WYSA), which is the state soccer program.

The HYSA Recreational Board runs the fall recreational program. This board is comprised of one coordinator per town and meets once per month. Click on the tab to the left to view more information on the "Rec Board".

The HYSA United Eagle River Board coordinates Eagle River's fall soccer program in conjunction with the Recreational Board's guidance and policies. Additionally, the HYSA United Eagle River Board runs the spring competitive program as well as the Fun with Soccer program in May/June.
